Apple announced Apple Learning Coacha new professional learning program to help educators get the most out of enterprise technology.
“We know that professional learning opportunities, from educators to educators, make a difference in unlocking the potential of every student. Apple Learning Coach is designed to do just that, and we’re excited to offer this new program starting today.”said Susan Prescott, vice president of education and corporate marketing at Apple. “We look forward to bringing the new Apple Education Community, a dynamic space for educators to learn and connect with each other, online, and we think teachers will love the new features in Classroom and Schoolwork to make ‘even more interactive learning’.
Apple Learning Coach is a free professional learning program that trains instructors, digital learning specialists, and other educators to help teachers effectively use Apple technology in the classroom.
The program combines self-paced classes and virtual workshop sessions with Apple professional learning specialists to help professionals better understand how to support teachers wherever they are. In addition, Apple will also create a new hub for the company’s professional learning resources and a collaborative space where educators can connect and share ideas with the Apple Education community coming this fall.
The site will serve as a hub for Apple’s professional training programs, including Apple Teacher and Apple Learning Coach.
