Apple released its latest Inclusion and Diversity Report, showing that the company has seen an increase in employment among people from underrepresented communities.

The new data covers the period between 2014 and 2021. Since then, Apple has seen an 87% increase in the number of female employees worldwide. Overall, Apple’s female workforce grew by 89% over the seven-year period. In 2014, 70% of Apple employees were men, while 30% were women. New data from 2021 indicates that 65.2% of Apple employees are men, while 34.8% are women.
