Apple has released new updates for its Logic Pro X, GarageBand, and MainStage music apps, adding new features, stability improvements, and more.
The new updates released a few hours ago are relatively small, but add new features to the suite of music production apps.
In Logic Pro X version 10.7.3, for example, Apple added spatial audio monitoring with dynamic head tracking through AirPods Max, AirPods Pro, AirPods (3rd Gen), and Beats Fit Pro Monitoring will allow musicians to get a closer look at spatial audio playback on Apple Music. The update also optimizes the performance of the M1 Max and M1 Ultra chips on the new Mac Studio and brings stability improvements and bug fixes.
On the MainStage app, designed for live performance, Apple implemented a new design called “refined”, expanded the audio library with more patches and kits, and introduced performance optimization for the M1 Max and M1 models.
