The foldable iPhone will only arrive in 2025

The latest rumors for the foldable iPhone pointed to a 2023 launch if one was optimistic, but it was more about a 2024 arrival. A 2025 launch would therefore be a significant delay, especially when one know that Samsung has been in the market for a few years now. We are already on the third generation of the Galaxy Z Fold.

Apple seems to have problems with the development of the new iPhone. But at the same time, the manufacturer would not be in a hurry to enter this foldable smartphone market.

Foldable MacBooks in the works

In addition, Ross Young announces that Apple is considering creating MacBooks that would have 20-inch foldable screens. This size could create a new category for Apple and result in a true dual-purpose product: a laptop with a full-size keyboard when folded and that can be used as a display when unfolded, accompanied by an external keyboard. It could also allow 4K definition or even higher than this size.

Apple would discuss this foldable MacBook project with its suppliers. But it will be necessary to be patient before discovering such a product. The launch would take place after 2025, probably in 2026 or 2027.
