Apple has updated the “Apple Support” application dedicated to online assistance on all of the company’s products.
The Apple Support app provides personalized access to support solutions for Apple products and services. For example, you can learn how to manage your subscriptions, reset your Apple ID password, and more. You can also talk to a counselor to fix the problem or find step-by-step guided solutions to fix it yourself.
With this update, the Apple Support app is now available to AppleCare+ for Business Essentials customers. The update also brings performance improvements and bug fixes. As a reminder, the Business Essentials service is currently only available in the United States.
Apple Support is available for free on the App Store.
